Aim of the game

The game originates from the classic musical chairs game played at children’s parties. In this version, the hoops replace the chairs. If the movement content was fairly limited in the original version, the introduction of targeted variations has made it more challenging, both in terms of coordination and mental effort, as well as physically. The basic game requires medium-low intensity of effort, but can significantly change in the variations.
